To provide efficient and timely administrative support to the General Manager
and the senior management team as required. Coordinate GM’s diary, and
composition of communications, letters, memos, emails on a need basis.
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in an administrative role; in a corporate environment, preferably with exposure in multinational companies.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -advanced word processing, excel and presentation skills.
• Excellent oral and written english communication skills. Oral and written arabic would be an advantage.
