Job Description:

1. Planning coordinates and schedule meetings
2. Document and file records / registers and data management
3. Receiving mails and correspondence replying to the same
4. Drafting letters and taking dictations
5. To fix up appointments, planning and scheduling meetings and managing calendar
6. Maintaining confidential information
7. Maintaining MIS reports as required
8. Arranging air tickets and hotel bookings
9. Preparing the costing of different products and Budget
10. Maintaining the Annual Marketing Review
11. Sales and Marketing Review addressed to the Board


 Education: Bachelor degree – Commerce, Business Administration.

 Experience: 2 years and above

 Skills: Well Organized, Systematic, Excellent communication skills and Multi-tasking and time management capability
