We are currently looking for office assistant or Secretary with at least minimum 2 years UAE experience. must be well versed with the following:
– handling flights and hotel bookings
– answering telephone calls
– prepare Proforma Invoice, Quotation, Sales Order Confirmation, Packing List.
– office admin jobs
– coordinating with different supplier
– must have the ability to multitask
– can work with minimal supervision.
